If you're wondering why we're already in season 3, I decided to take time away from podcasting. Truthfully, I was on my own journey to understand what my heart needed. Since I've carried out a habit of journaling for two years, there's a lot I want to share on relationships and self worth.

The last episode of the season!! So you KNOW it's going to be a good one. 

I answer the questions that I most asked myself as I grew inside of my relationship. When you're in a relationship you love, we all know it benefits to be patient - but what happens in your mind when I'm not willing to be? Also, we all get hurt in relationships and there's pain that's harder to let go of than others. Why is that?

Lastly, Vlad and I share our experience with pornography. Porn robbed my desire for intimacy. I get very vulnerable opening up about my addiction. I believe in sharing our truth to be able to gain our wisdom and freedom.

That's not to say we excuse betrayal.
