November 2021 will see the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers, globally, celebrate 25 years of existence. In that time, ICB has changed the face of how Bookkeepers see themselves and how the business world views Bookkeepers and Bookkeeping. This episode of Heart of the Bookkeeper highlights the incredible story and journey of Tim Reed. Tim is the current President of the Business Council of Australia. He is also the former CEO of MYOB, having led one of Australia's most incredible Company success stories for over a decade, an organisation that arguably defined a generation of Bookkeepers here in Australia. We delve into how Tim discovered his passions for Business as a young man and in particular, his desire to understand the world of Business change. We follow Tim through his time in Silicon Valley in the USA during the heady days of the 1990's when technology was changing and being redefined faster, than anytime in history.
