I love you. YOU are not alone. Quit feeling like you are. You are hurting my feelings.
Hey HeartOurMinds community!
In today's episode we will discuss the topic of being a survivor. Every single one of us has felt debilitating challenges that knocked us off our feet. Our resilience to keep it moving in life has always gotten us through. We all have a tremendous amount of strength, and the truth is nothing can really break us. We are survivors, we have survived and we will survive.
If you are feeling defeated right now and are filled with overwhelming sadness, please know you aren't alone. Someone, somewhere, out there, is going through the same thing you are going through right now. Facing adversity doesn't mean we lost our strength, it just means we forgot about it, and we need a little reminder. This episode is your reminder.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for existing. We need you!
Tune into episode 51 "You are powerful."

In this episode I share some real, raw, vulnerable moments in my life that made me question what on earth I was doing here. What my purpose was, and if I had made a mistake with my future. I needed to root myself back into my faith of knowing there was something bigger then me out there.
