It happened, we're here in 2023 🥳, congratulations! I talk new year's resolutions and what can be the secret to truly achieving them, well into March 2023. Listen to my take on how you can increase your chance in sticking with them!

Once the ball drops for the new year 2023 all those couples will like two magnets, engage in blissful, meaning, purposeful kiss in all their winter garb. You wish that was you, but it's not, and you most feel this weight right there at this moment. But, if I could be that golden hummingbird to whisper self kindness, it would be the words right here in my podcast

I'm making new direction, new path decisions. I'm using protective, anger, angry energy to keep to my decision to have a no tolerance for minimal efforts men. I'm not having it. I express my frustrations and clarification for how I'm moving forward. I'm almost belligerent in staying I DONT want to compromise nor do I consider a 'end up alone' possibility a threat F that, uh no. I'm stronger than that. I Can Stand alone in life, spend time in quiet and not feel like no one around is a negative. I get a little mean, just saying.

Only you can decide what it is you want to do. Make small incremental steps DAILY. Make sure to celebrate all you do do. Be aware of the mental obstacles, like you don't deserve it, can't it and afraid you'll look stupid at the beginning. Could it also be entitlement, arrogance? I do go ahead and call you out on it. I give a review with my year and how I see at it as improvement, and I celebrate me and the steps forward I netted this 2022. Can you do the same, I'm listening, please tell me!

The Lord put delights, fantastical, heart lifting, specific joys, heart expanding wishes, talents in us, in our souls. Then the world has their ideas of what and why creativity is for and that is to greedily or for survival purposes for others approvals. And that is where confusion takes place. One of God's gifts and joys gets tainted, twisted, blasphemed and is now a source that is greedily monetized, controlled, exacted, manipulated. Why are you creating, building your mental set, your talent set? For the world's honoring, to placate it's fierce hunger for competition and a place in it's every increasing judgements and gladiator area of beating the other guy? Or is it to create from a place of hearts peace, kindness, love and giving to relieve our own suffering, healing the one inside, then healing from our overflow to humanity and the world in our local circle?
