Get out and get UP quicker when you sink into JUNK feelings, thinking with a LIST of triumps, wins, mountains you've climbed to the top off, people uou have helped. Thoughts will come, not all will be good ones. Some will be of the kind that take uou into mental negative mazes YOU can't get out of.. have a plan, have some kind of tool to bring you back to clarity, sure footing, sure ground, to calm your stormy inner world.
