I'm going home and it's raining while I do a conversational,  audio journal,  self help, motivation speaking episode. I'm talking about master Co Stephen that talks about pranic healing, with charkras and related healing. Listening to Stephen taught me about my emotional pain source, spirituality,  our higher selves.  I text myself notes, so I don't forget. Lessons aren't any good until you remember it.  Stephen live said what you plant in the inner world,  you reap in the outer world. What you seek, is seeking you he also said. When you meditate, he says, your higher self can give you wisdom. Join me as I go to the car wash to wash off the bird doo doo off this van. During, I talk about opening to your vulnerability and using it to gain access to yourself and get to know you. In turn that gives you self esteem and then you are able to hold up boundaries, because now you care about yourself.  If you don't care about yourself,  then you won't have defenses up and toxic people be easy to slip into your life. Travel with me on both a road journal and a spiritual journal.

Being a supportive friend and I'm describe how that conversation went. My big thought is about how the mind fragments as a protective necessity. Your mind, body always tries to comes back in balance. Listen as I interpret current life happenings and what philosophy I create.

Feeling indicators,  how they can give you misinformation.  But feelings will tell us stories,  labels, meanings that are wrong 

I'm running errands and going by Garmin directions and I'm closing up old work relationships. Thank you for following along with me on my topic of a work adventure. I'm transitioning from one boss to a new job and work place. I'm glad to be closing the chapter of dog sitting to. We all go through transition and change. Train your feelings to want healthy , wholesome things from wholesome people. Be careful how feelings can give you a false truth, that are negative. People in your life may be that source of false truth , they tell you you are all bad, when you really NOT. Anther thing,  when you speak bad, or meanness about someone, or something. That goes against the law of attraction.  Like attracts like, what every you fixate on, you will get more of. If you talk bad about people, that type of "bad" will come to you. Because it's like you are calling MORE of those type of things you talk bad about. I hope the podcast episode helps where my description is lacking. 

I compare the way I was raised up on how to be or not be supportive,  

I describe when I'm needing a recharge, I go to depression and that's my indicator to self isolate. Is that how it is for you? Could you do a podcast? The world may need your specific story style, your story. Think about it. I know my mz.selfluv gave me that same advice.

I'm comparing the time from before working with a life coach, Mz.selfluv to now. I'm not boasting or saying I'm anything better than the next person. I'm just giving a boundaries status report on how I approach dating. Let's learn together because we're all on a journey. And we're trying stuff to help ourselves along on this wild ride called life. When I got the self love coach mz.selfluv I was running to toxic men who gave me so little, but yet got so much from, before ever proving anything to me that I needed. I gave them what they wanted, before ever having them prove a single thing. Nope, enough of the free samples. But, If you don't have them, their touch, their comfort, what do yiu have, where do yiy get it? You need them right? Yes, in a manner of speaking. What they don't give you as companion, lover, good warm feelings of value, now, it's up to you, to give to you, those things. Want a romantic date, want a partner to stroll on a beach, at a park, by a lake, imagine him! Imagine her! Pretend they exist, but don't go for or let in a mofo who will lower your value, worth . Seriously, be for your yourself, talk to yourself in a lover, sweet companion, protective life partner kind of way. Ask those morning greetings, to you, yourselves. Ask yourself, at the end of the day, so sweetie how was your day, or anything yiu want to talk about? Then journal that, on paper, in an audio journal, what have you. Don't turn outward to a damaging source of a person who's treatment of you is spotty , like fucking bad wifi, or cell bars. Try this with me, what you seek outside of you, be for your self in you.

You hear me describe my life in this audio journal/self-help/motivational all in one style. We're at a coffee shop and I'm helping you value you, plus adding lots of non relevant stuff about my where abouts, do abouts of my regular life. If you don't like a distracted but then I get back on track and deliver some heart and soul gems, then this podcast isn't for you. You can always give a listen, then decide if it's worth your time. I suggest finding 3+ random spots in recording , not just the 1st part then stop. Trauma work from childhood abuse is very sensitive and in this episode i come an idea about how we can be homeless inside ourselves and how we've kept ourselves on the outside of ourselves not letting us have a place and home inside ourselves BECAUSE we're not enough ________, we don't, won't. There are so MANY self critical reasons why we won't accept ourselves as our own 'family' so to speak, like you're a 'black sheep' of your own psyche, you are your own step child, that you won't accept. Every perception, thought, many times, word, words is self deprecating, self condescending, self loathing, you're in self disgust at the thought and SIGHT of you. There's a bitch inside and youHATE her. Oh my Lord, are you hearing this !! She deserves better than what you're doing to yourself, honeys, please, listen to my podcast in this topic and how maybe just maybe, you can let her back in, let him back in. Make a home for this girl, this boy in yourself, no more homelessness in your heart for you. Please, it's a good time to come to think about this. If not, then do this work when its right for you. Ms Right Time talks about Mr Louisville of 2021 and what happened with our relationship. What I'll miss about him is his great lover skills his ample manhood and how beautiful his p3nis was. I'll miss our bonding we frequently had, sometimes over 2-3 days together, at any given time. We had long phone talks, and he was always just a text away.  He did become cool about me in the passion department and I'd like one who wants me hot and hard all the time. He lost his passion for me. I felt perpetually bad all the time, felt I had no value.  Now, your Ms. Right Time, doesn't have a pull or attraction toward men, even though I LOVE men and all the wonderful sexual things about men, so much. I'm mostly in disgusted mode, that I've been treated to 25% relationship and commitment. Which, I want, 100% but someone who is steamy hot, hard and sexy, physically and mentally. I want to be engaged IN ALL ways. But, I'm NOT finding one who checks ALL the boxes ( fit body at the top), and I will just not have then, have nothing, nothing at all. I'm not good with that but I'm not going to have a quarter of a relationship. I don't want one who disappears any given evening and they say they passed asleep. I don't believe that. So I will save myself the emotional injury and just not engage in any love practices. I'm at a right point for me, to change my love game, by just dropping out. The thought of deep bonding with another, a man, is deeply dangerous. I just won't, probably for the rest of my life. And I'm so injured by my love burns that I don't mind that right now.  Glad I had the love adventures I did, I feel I've enjoyed, experienced and rounded out my life. Listen while I'm in route to a cleaning job in Frankfort KY, so many miles and minutes to think. The new approaching year has me looking back and looking forward to next year. 11-29-21, Ms Right Time's birthday is today! Ms Right Time comes to you today, with a snapshot of her life, a review of her year. I'm looking at my mode momentality on my mindset. This is right after Thanksgiving, Friday 11:27/2021. And there's Christmas music playing, I'm thinking as I'm driving and talking to you. I'm going to my cleaning assignment address to make him life ready, moment ready so he can have the space to make family moments instead of thinking about cleaning laundry bathroom floors counters mirrors sweeping mopping etc. And also , it brings me to the thought, you pick your projects a bathroom better laundry room space. You think how can I improve the flow the design make this more intelligent, processing intelligent. So also remodeling my life in romantic area I'm having a shift in mentality of what I allow in the that romantic area. Currently the problem is I am afterthought low priority, side thought. I talk about my dating apps and how none eager that the men are. I want someone that's fully interested, wholehearted full hearted. I said it before and I meant that then but now I feel like I've got better tools for it to stick this time, I'm stopping allowing half intentioned men in my life. You've got to know also, the new year is approaching you have a month. What can you do in one month, a lot. So I look at the year in review. I'm assessing my mental place, my mental growth, my spiritual grows. I also talk to you about the holidays can be confusing. I can give you feelings of impoverishment, lack, alone . So you have a choice on how to respond to those feelings but if you were to zoom out, know that being around family can make you go back to the old rules assigned to you from your parents or authoritarians of that time, and it can make you feel small. It's your story it's your movie you're the director you're the actor you are the film editor you get to decide what the mood feeling is of this movie.

If your movie had been psychological crazy thriller, now you want it to be an underdog story with a victorious ending, you can do that, it's in your power. I also talk about the meaning of Happy, people say I just want to be happy in life. What happiness means to me is to be able to have a safe place in my mind when I'm not self-inflicting damaging or injuring words to myself, about myself minimizing myself, low prioritizing myself. That's what happy is for me. Happy is, when life hits me with something, that I have myself to say I have my own back, that's happy.
