  • Attachment is the root of all suffering😕

Attachment is the root of all suffering. Especially if that’s towards the people who broke you like nothing, then the attachment becomes toxic.
You need to belong to yourself and let others belong to themselves too. It’s key to be detached from things and surroundings, irrespective of the closeness.
It helps us cultivate a sense of inner peace and happiness. Don’t get trapped in the cycle of craving and aversion.

  • That Hit Your ❤️ isn’t ? Grownups….

We thought we were running away from the grown ups, but now, we are the grown ups…
As we grow we make our own decisions, be it good or bad, we take full responsibility of what we do. We no longer hear the voice of our heart, instead choose what’s right for us, for the family, for the loved ones around us.
Slowly but steadily, we kill that child while we become that person the world would need….
We are grownups, we can’t run, we have to face up to the stupid things we do… but the question always remains should the inner child be killed or kept alive ?
    What do you think??

  • All those beautiful hearts you have seen on the way. ❤️

A person who’s smile is open and expression is glad has a kind of beauty no matter what they wear.
Some people are attractive just by being themselves. They don’t have to over do, show off, put a face to impress. Being you, expressing with honesty, genuine to listen, being humble and kind speaks volume about a character.
Not often we get to meet such people, but when we do… You can sense them and their presence miles away.
Because purity has an essence that can be felt quick…
Share this with all those beautiful hearts you have seen on the way. ❤️

  • If you not sure, don’t take a step.📍

Emotional people are not fools, they just feel beyond limits. The emotions that can break your heart, can sometimes heal you as well. Pity those who don’t feel anything at all. It’s impossible for them to understand an emotional person. So they just don’t hesitate to play around, until they’re done. True love is a deep intellectual connection that goes beyond physical intimacy, while the emotional people understand that, but the non emotional ones just take a different route. They leave deep scars that they don’t want to know. This video is to let all non emotional ones know that “If you not sure, don’t take a step”..
    Share until it reach’s them..

  • Just, “Move On”….⏳

I consider the phenomenon of missing a loved one is more complex than love itself. What we don’t understand is, it’s hardly we miss the person, instead we actually miss the old version of them, the version we liked, the version we fell for, the version that made everything feel better.. When it’s done, that version becomes dead and you don’t see that anymore. This makes you feel you miss them.. It’s an illusion.
    Just, “Move On”….

  • What's that song of yours??🎶❤️

Oru nalla Esai, is always a good friend in need. Nothing can beat the therapy of a good music. It heals, makes you cry, keeps you composed, and let go all that pain in the air. Creates a safe space. A friend who can bring that emotion out. Oru nalla nanban, yen esai.. What’s that song of yours ??

  • Why do you think such stories exist? 💔

Everyone has a story that we don’t know. A silent battle that you don’t talk about. A constant conflict between the mind and heart. It’s painful, but why do we choose pain over peace? Human emotions sometimes can’t be defined or explained. Self awareness over the needs and wants in life can help decision making easier, and being aware of choices in life that leads to peace over chaos..

  • Why maintain an image?🤔

Our society has trained us to follow a pattern of lifestyle, where we create an image for ourselves that everybody likes, and we try hard to maintain that…
Amidst of this, the one who doesn’t choose the norm will be judged, hated, or sometimes looked upon. However, it still looks beautiful because we all know “they aren’t living a life for others, but themselves”…
    Azlagana manidhargal yedharthamana, Anbana manidhargal”…

  • Men’s Mental Health Month ❤️ …

Nobody is speaking about this. If not us, then who??
Life is not easy for men, and often they go though hard times alone. That guy who is not afraid to die, but cries in front of someone.. Then, it’s serious, and it wasn’t easy for him.
Mental health, internal pain, suffering is common for both the genders. However, the fact is nobody cares if that’s on a man, most often he has to deal it alone. This post is to create an awareness that #mensmentalhealth matters. November, has a reason to be loud about this.
