As I reflect on birthdays and yearly beginnings, I realized that life is meant to be cherished. So, plans shifted along with my priorities.

I realized that the people I put on pedestals and considered my heroes are actually just people. Though, not all people are good for us. With this new knowing, I am able to show up as myself for ya’ll.

I used to feel hesitant to share that my family is mixed in culture and ethnicity, while being fully Asian. This was influenced by others’ perception. Now, I fully embrace my family dynamic.

Somehow I got into a meditative state working out and doing a word search. Here are thoughts that flooded my mind before the silence.
