As He Gazes On Man - Lin Pacific

This terrible picture –
Him nailed to a tree?
For this lesson endeavor –
How can that be? -
To teach us His love
He would risk us to know
The path of destruction
in following the foe!

[Chorus]
As He gazes on Man,
His heart is set free
To walk among His precious souls –
His testimony!

But how could it happen?
Man could not go wrong
With his gaze on the Father,
pressed close as a throng. -
Eating daily from the leaves
of Heaven's book of life,
Each page pure with knowledge
of truth and light.

[Chorus]
As He gazes on Man,
His heart is set free
To walk among His precious souls –
His testimony!

[Bridge]
Each one a word
in the story of life.
Each one a word
in the story of life.

Learning and caring
and loving each other,
Weaving a picture
of keeping your brother. -
Each one a word
in the story of life.
All bound together
to reflect His great Might.

[Chorus]
As He gazes on Man,
His heart is set free
To walk among His precious souls –
His testimony!

The Love I Enfold You

He lovingly,
Carefully, set
Man as a stage -
Where Man could grow daily,
page after page, -
And said to the watchers –
           -  “Man is like Me,
Watch him grow daily
sustained by My tree.

[Chorus]
The love I enfold you,
the life I impart, -
Living water flowing
straight from My heart.”

[Verse]
I gave Him My image –
I gave him My heart, -
I’ll give him My wisdom, -
but only in part., -
But Man will have seed
and his seed will grow too. -
The rest of My wisdom
they’ll learn and show you.

[Chorus]
The love I enfold you,  -
the life I impart, -
Living water flowing
straight from My heart.”

Thus constrained in time -
the lessons will slow, -
Pacing man's study -
to learn things I know. -
I’ll keep Man a lesson –
but he will be free -
To choose to learn from Me
and eat from My tree.

[Chorus]
The love I enfold you,  -
the life I impart, -
Living water flowing
straight from My heart.”

This tree will My knowledge -
and wisdom impart, -
And the eater will grow, -
clearly showing My heart. -
The joy and the wonder, -
the hope and the grace, -
The love of the Father
you’ll read on Man’s face.

[Chorus]
The love I enfold you, -
the life I impart, -
Living water flowing
straight from My heart.”

Man’s actions will compound,  -
compassion will grow. -
Life will clasp life  -
and slowly you’ll know -
The love I enfold you,  -
the life I impart, -
Living water flowing
straight from My heart.”

[Chorus]
The love I enfold you, -
the life I impart, -
Living water flowing
straight from My heart.”

Most beautiful new Christmas Carol.

by Lin Pacific

'Twas the night before Christ was

'Twas the night before Christ was,
and all through the land
Not a creature was stirring,
not even a lamb
Bethlehem's doors were all shut -
Inns were full
As Mary and Joseph walked in
from the hills

The time so appointed
had dawned on this earth
To save man from sin
by God's Son's humble birth
Down through the Ages
this Seed was preserved
For Heirs to Salvation
who heeded "The Word"

The doors were all barred,
There was "no room," we're told,
No place for our Savior,
the world's hearts were cold
And though long expected,
prepared for, and planned
They looked for a Savior
of strength like a man

The town lay in darkness
as bright in the sky
Ten thousands of angels
sang praises on high
The angel host watched
as God's glorious plan
Unfolded before them,
revealing "God's Man"

Tho' they sang "Hallelujah!"
and searched all the earth -
Found no one to welcome
their King's holy birth.
A small group of shepherds
was far in the hills
Recalling that scripture
would soon be fulfilled

The angel appeared,
and they were sore afraid.
But he said to assure them,
"Fear not, you are saved!
"He's here!" Sang the Angels,
and lit up the sky
With joyful Hosannahs!
"Your King has arrived!"

"I bring you good tidings
of joy, for this day
You will find In the City of David,
a Babe.
He's wrapped in a manger
down in Bethlehem.
And to the earth peace,
and goodwill to all men!"

The shepherds said, "Hurry,
let's worship our King,
He'll take us to Heaven
and save us from sin!
There under that star,
we will join with the crowd
And welcome our Savior
and praise him aloud!"

But alone knelt the shepherds
who brought Him a lamb
No throng and no praises
for God's Gift to man:
This High King of Heaven,
so mighty to save.
"Emmanuel", "God With Us"
was only a Babe!

Redeemer and Savior,
Messiah, The One!
The Gift that God gave us
was His Only Son!
To love us and teach us
and show us "The Way"
To pray and repent -
be in heaven, one day!

God saw through the Ages -
beginning to end
Not all would accept
this Great Gift He would send
Some would disdain it,
God plainly could see
How His Precious Son
would hang high on a tree.

Are you willing to take on
this Gift of God's Son
Be part of His family,
as His brother be one
On the path up to Heaven
escaping from sin
This Gift of Salvation's
the key to get in!

Which vine have you been grafted to?

The vines are grown
and hanging full,
the grapes of wrath are ripe,
The winepress waits
prepared and still,
just what will it be like?

The harvest waits
upon the Lord,
the workers are too few
To spread around
the Master’s Word
and nourish me and you

[Chorus]
Which vine have you been grafted to?
Whose lifeblood flows Within
Your broken heart -
and are you sure -
you’ve given all to Him?

Have you cut loose from your sins
and taken root within the cleft
Of the Branch
that came to save us -
His family tree is blessed.

[Chorus]
Which vine have you been grafted to?
Whose lifeblood flows within
Your broken heart,
and are you sure
you’ve given all to Him?

[Chorus]
Which vine have you been grafted to?
Whose lifeblood flows Within
Your broken heart -
and are you sure -
you’ve given all to Him?

He Changeth Not

God is Love, His Law, His Nature
Will be love forever more,
And His ways are everlasting
He changeth not – so is the law.

In the history of the conflict
From the time that sin began
Till the final overthrow of it
The Father’s love still stands!

He's the well spring of all glory
The fountain of humanity
And He sent His Son to save us
And expose so all could see
His plan for our redemption

Chorus
God is Love, His Law, His Nature
Will be love forever more,
And His ways are everlasting
He changeth not – so is the law.
As He hung upon that tree
To pay the price for sinning
And to let the man go free

He came and gave His life for ours
Redeemed the man from sin
A grace so undeserved
Which we'd need so we'd begin
The journey toward heaven
And to do the law's commands,
So we could learn just how to walk
Sinless in Heaven's land.

Chorus
God is Love, His Law, His Nature
Will be love forever more,
And His ways are everlasting
He changeth not – so is the law.

On The Other Side Of Midnight

On the other side of midnight
At that great eternal morn
When the Son shall reign in glory evermore
And the Father's vindicated
And salvation's story told
He'll descend and reap His souls from shore to shore

[Chorus]
Oh
The Son's love shines eternal from the rainbow round the throne
Where the angels praise His name for evermore
"He is worthy
He is praised
For all man His life He gave
Praise the Father
Son and Spirit
Man was saved"

Nailed Down

As the wind blows on the ocean

Spirit moves humanity,

So the mighty battle for each soul

Takes place where none can see.

But each wind has a direction,

It is named from whence it comes,

And an “ill” wind blows no good but blows

Souls who let go The Son.

Throw your anchor to The Rock,

He’ll hold and keep you through the storm.

Take root deep within His bosom,

In His heart you’re safe and warm.

As in His outstretched arms you cling,

Believe that all’s not lost.

Be sure He’s always there for you –

For He’s nailed upon that cross.

Come Walk With Him

Come walk with Him on streets of old,
Through pages thin and edged with gold,
The Father’s precious lessons here
Will fall upon each listening ear
   Of those within His fold.

Come walk with Him through lessons dim,
Of how the man fell into sin,
And Father’s precious sacrifice
That paid the law’s tremendous price –
            Redeemed Mans’ souls again.

Come learn with Him of God’s great love.
He sent His Son from heaven above,
To sacrifice on Calvary’s tree,
To love us first and set us free,
And show His thought in The Word of love.

Come share the mysteries that unfold,
Of foe’s deceptions, lies that hold
All mankind captive, bound in sin,
As tempests toss, enslaving him,
And how One Word breaks free as told.

Come walk with Him on waters deep,
As billows roll beneath our feet.
All nature bows to His command,
The storm abates beneath His hand,
And this same touch can heal His sheep.

Come walk with Him up Calvary’s hill,
Be crucified with Him until,
The victory’s won
By Father’s Son!
All heaven and earth sing praises still.

Come walk with Him on streets of gold,
Through gates of pearl into His fold,
The Ransom’s done,
The Victory’s won
A kingdom for the hearts He holds.

This gift of The Present was given to us to live in and care for as the days scroll Future into Past.  Time marches us through each day, which we can use to share with others and make this Present a better place. We can choose to do what’s right so our future can stretch into Eternity.
This is the Creation verses in Genesis put to a descriptive and lyrical poem with beautiful verbal illustrations making the words come alive.

The Vineyard

                    (Lin Pacific)

The Father has a vineyard here on earth,

He sent His Son

To be rooted into mankind through His birth,

To be “The One”.

Each man could graft his life into this Vine,

And grow in grace,

As his life bore fruit so man could make him wine,

So sweet to taste.

With this wine and Bread of Life he’d nurture

other souls in need,

Nourishing, encouraging, sisters and brothers,

Friends indeed.

The foe will seek to break man from this branch,

He takes his time,

To see man grow new roots in lies and filth,

and nurture crime.

This strange vine now bears fruit that’s bad

and that ferments and stews,

Man drinks this wine of wrath from grapes

that soured as they grew.

Cut loose from this strange vine! Your prayers to God

sound the alarm!

He can wield the Sword of Truth and graft you

back into His arms
