This episode I chose to bring you guys closer into a world where you and I can share/listen in on my mental health experiences good or bad. I talk about first starting out with traditional counselling to taking on a more hands on approach with EFT and registering for recovery college courses that’s specialises in specific mental illness related topics such as anxiety, depression, OCD etc. Everyone is different and on a different path to recovery so I wish you all success on this journey to healing.

I know most of us born and raised in the Caribbean whom enjoy our rich culture or just those with a slight background in the Caribbean and even those who aren’t from there but are curious may often wonder can we go to carnival as devoted children of God? Well this is my humble opinion on the matter, heed to it to make an informed decision or pray and listen for your answer. As always resort to the bible for clarification.
