The Heat swept the Celtics in the conclusion of their mini series, building a 20 point lead after Jimmy Butler went down behind stellar play from Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, Bam Adebayo and a late clutch shot by Goran Dragic to shut down a late Celtics comeback led by Kemba Walker and Evan Fournier. Miami all but secured a first round bye, while the Celtics are heading to the play in tournament with three games remaining. Jaylen Brown is out for the season and Robert Williams III went back down with turf toe, as Boston's offense shot well, but its defense continues its string of league-worst play allowing a routine 120 points.
