In today's episode we catch up with Heather Black, Founder of Supermums, who specialise in supporting mums and dads transition into the Salesforce ecosystem, from Salesforce rookie to job-ready through their initiatives.

 

Whilst Heather is based in the UK, very soon Supermums is launching in the ANZ region with the intention of mirroring the same kind of success in the southern hemisphere. Having seen Heather receive a Golden Hoodie at World Tour in 2019, we enjoyed hearing about how she initially entered the world of Salesforce.

 

Heather explains her background, and how she first created the idea of Supermums. She shares details of the highlights and success stories of those who have achieved a change of career through the Supermums program, and we discuss which kind of skillsets complement making the transformation.
