Over the years that the “Come out of her, My people” Show has been running, host Mark Call has frequently tried to examine the critical “overlap” between what has been called “secular law” and Scripture, as the “supreme Law”.
But it has been quite a while since he came to the conclusion that, for many people, the idea of “doing the paperwork” — as if there was still a way for people in a lawless land to Lawfully reclaim God-given Rights now not worth the “G@&@# Piece of Paper” they were printed on — was largely wasted effort. After all, what IS “Law” anymore in a lawless land, anyway?
As the coming “Civil War 2.0” seems increasingly inevitable, however, there is another element to consider.
Join Mark for a “don’t miss” show that you should find valuable, whether you’ve listened for years, or have never heard about the adninution at all.
‘Lekh Lekha’ is literally THE Original “Come out of her” parsha in the Book (well, “Get OUT of the Garden,” was a different command for a different reason…)
The man who becomes the ‘First Patriarch’ and Father of Nations is told to “Get OUT of your country, out of your father’s house, away from kind,” and basically everything you knew and grew up with (pagan as it was) — and GO to a place that I, YHVH, will show you.
Talk about a walk of faith.
Mark Call first takes a look at the “whole story” in the Erev Shabbat Overview teaching, from the time the man then called “Abram,” first heard the command, and then the promise, and simply obeyed, to his sojourn and all-too-human mistakes in Egypt, to his multi-year challenges in realizing Yahuah had a plan for his heir all along, even if it might have even seemed funny on first hearing.
The Sabbath Day ‘deeper look’ into the story, the lessons, the haftorah, the related teachings of the Torah-Made-Flesh, and our OWN walk via the lessons of Abraham, begins with that “Come OUT” admonition, and goes all the way to a whole LOT of ‘politically incorrect’ questions even — like why are prayers that we’re at least TOLD ‘in his name’ not answered on our timetable?
Abraham is a model of what it means to be a man who literally walks in faith. But other lessons in Scripture show us there’s more to what is expected, even of us, than just meeting some minimum standard.

Have you ever noticed how we seem to have finally reached the point where just about EVERYTHING the Bible says “don’t do” is not only being taught in the PubliK Cesspools, but subsidized, advertised, and now mandated by the ‘courts’? And things that Scripture outlines literally as the basis for a righteous society are not only “politically incorrect,” but now even ‘VERBOTTEN!’
There’s a reason one of the first institutions to be created by Him, and then destroyed by those who hate Him, was MARRIAGE, and the concept of Covenant.
But the fact that concepts that are SO central to His Word and plan for us are now SO “politically incorrect” — to the point of being forbidden to even discuss — shows why we need to do more than merely ‘study to show ourselves approved.’ We need to speak the Truth, too.
Most of the time, the services from Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship include a look at the overall weekly Torah portion, followed later on by a look at some “current events” that relate to lessons “for such a time as this.”
This week, for parsha “Noach” (Genesis chapters 6 through 11), Mark decided to “reverse the order,” for reasons that should be clear. Since the story of Noach (aka ‘Noah,’ or evev Noe in the KJV) and The Flood are reasonably well-known (even if there’s a WHOLE lot folks learned in sun-day-skool that’s Just Plain Wrong!) and we’re told in Matthew 24 that “as it was in the time of Noah” it either will be, or more to the point – already IS, it makes sense to outline some of that up front:
Having set the stage for some of the ‘parallels,’ it’s time to turn to the specifics of the Days of Noach:
The Sabbath Day portion of the combined teaching is almost a “part 2” of what the prophecy about “as it was in the Days of Noach” means, with two specific focus elements:
– how does ‘the earth was filled with ‘chamas’ REALLY look? Does that word mean more than just “violence” (hint: Yes!)
– and something Mark-the-engineer likens to “the Filtering Process”. How does He separate “wheat from chaff,” the ‘dross’ from precious silver or gold, those who are swept away from those who CHOOSE to be LEFT BEHIND!? (The ‘Rapture Cult’ really does seem to have gotten the message from both the time of Noach, and the Messiah, BACKWARD.)
“Noach: As it was in the days of, part II,

On this literally satanic excuse for a “holiday,” and especially given just how obvious it is, GIVEN that date, what is intende, Mark takes a look at a whole HOST of Amazing Coincidences which demonstrate pretty conclusively the gist, and title of the show for this week:
“They INTEND to Kill You! Do NOT Consent!”
This week is again a bit different, not only because the old annual Torah cycle is now complete, along with the final of the Fall Feasts, but because “Bereshiet,” or ‘In The Beginning,’ is itself unique. And so absolutely packed full of fundamentally critical information, upon which literally EVERYTHING else in the Bible ultimately rests, that it’s a virtual impossibility to do it justice in just a single week’s study.
Mark begins not only “in the beginning”, but with a recap of why the first characters in the Book, in the original language, constitutes some of the mostly “densely-packed” information in existence. From there, it’s important that our Creator “knew the end from the beginning,” which goes a long way to explaining why the Book doesn’t simply END at chapter 3.
Also a bit different this week is the format of the presentation. Although taught in the usual two parts, this time the whole teaching is presented as a whole.
Given the level of insanity now evident in the former Republic, it’s time for some speculation.
We know where we have been, and we know where Scripture says we are headed. But some of the steps “in between” — while vital to us as individuals — don’t affect the ultimate outcome.
Which is why what we do as individuals is crucial.
Join Mark for a look at why the end of the Book of Isaiah may be the best description of “AmeriKa 2019”, and our response.
This week is of course a bit different, because it is a Sabbath which is not only close to the closing of the Torah itself, but the week of Sukkot, or the ‘Feast of Tabernacles’ as well. So we get a different set of readings, and even a bit of “fielder’s choice” as Mark takes a look at some Writings and prophecies that aren’t often part of the regular cycle.
And “cycles” are certainly at the heart of the lessons, and the instruction, too!
Join Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship for another two-part look at a whole LOT of appropriate Scriptures for this final Sabbath of Sukkot, from the Gospel of Luke to Ecclesiastes, and prophecies of this “time in-between”.

and then the Sabbath Day, and ‘Sukkot Cycle Wrap-up’:

Both Scripture and what might be called “traditional wisdom” have much to say about the importance of Truth, and the dangers of deception. Adolf Hitler, of course, in _Mein_Kampf_ (evil as he certainly was) nevertheless seems to have written the ‘playbook’ for the Big Lie that underlies much of the “New World Order,” or even Fourth Reich.
And the fact that those people who would call themselves obedient to “Him,” YHVH, the Author of Scripture, must still remember that the human heart is “deceitful above all…and desparately wicked.” (Jeremiah 17:9)
Join host Mark Call for a look into what might be THE biggest single danger we face in a world desparate to entrap most people into a literal “hell on earth”, and the kind of deception we were warned not to fall for, but which results in a kind of destruction most can’t even imagine.
“See that you are not deceived,” is more than just sage prophetic advice; it’s perhaps THE Warning for Our Times!
As the regular annual cycle Torah portion readings come to a conclusion, we get several short, but very pithy, and even more dramatically relevant portions that should REALLY reasonate today.
Join Mark Call of Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship for another two-part look at the chapter 32 of Deuteronomy, parsha “Ha’azinu” and the related haftorah and prophetic readings of Moses’/Moshe’s extended teaching as he literally sings the final verses and turns over leadership to Yohushua/Joshua.
This ‘Song of Moses’ — as Mark shows — is not only prophetic, but it demonstrates why “cycles” not only describe what happens prophetically, but why and HOW we can understand history…
…while the Sabbath Day portion of the teaching details what we should DO as a result, and how.
