This story is about Adison and her entire life she took care of everyone but herself. Her mom was a drug addict and she was the oldest of her siblings. Then, one month after Adi got married she had to make the decision to pull her mom off life support! Later that year she found out she was expecting her first child but she hadn’t healed from the loss of her mom and was already extremely depressed then ended up with postpartum depression.

She played victim for years, and was sorry for herself. Adi finally decided she needed to take accountability, pull herself out of the ditch, quit playing victim, and create the life she wanted. Now she teaches a 4-step process to becoming your best self and how to get through the feeling of loneliness. What message do you get from this interview?

This story is about Sahar who was born into a loving Christian family in Jerusalem and raised in Beit Sahour, near Bethlehem. Growing up in a country torn apart by political upheaval, Sahar struggled with feelings of hopelessne as she watched her people being persecuted, tormented, and even killed. Sahar received a scholarship to an American university. While there, she was baptized into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. But staying true to her new faith was put to the test when she returned home to Palestine and her family didn't want to accept her religious decisions. She wrote a book Peace For a Palestinian. This story is about Mandi, who from the age of 14 to 40, lived her life in the cycle of addiction. From an early battle with anorexia in her teenage years, to full blown addiction to drugs and alcohol throughout her adult life. After losing virtually everything and everyone, she found herself in treatment at the age of 40, where she decided to completely turn her life around. Mandi has now spent the last 7+ years building a life she can be proud of. This story is about Joe and in 2022 he witnessed a man, who was in the middle of a suicide crisis, leap onto a busy overpass ledge looking down to the road below to jump and end his life. Joe ended up "loving him off the ledge" using his open arms and ONLY saying the simple words "I love you, bro". That moment has now turned into a movement! Joe has now started a new non-profit which specifically addresses men's mental health, fitting called the "i love you, bro PROJECT"! What message do you get from this interview?
