There were over 2490 titles. The original show was entitled "The Eno Crime Club" and that ran on CBS from 1931-32, then on the NBC Blue Network (later ABC) from 1933-36. The series returned as "The Crime Club" on the Mutual Broadcasting System from 1946-47. Raymond Edward Johnson, who played the role of the "Librarian" was better known as the host of "Inner Sanctum Mysteries. The episode on this track is "Death at 7:10". Track contains intro with background information about the Lux Radio Theatre series and a brief intro to the story "Disputed Passage" The guest producer is Brian Ahern standing in for Cecil B. DeMille. This show aired on CBS. The series began on the NBC Blue Network (later to become ABC) in 1934-35 and ran on CBS from 1935 to 1954. It's final broadcast year was 1954-55 on NBC. A Twenty-One Year run... not too shabby. Top notch lead actors (paid $5K per show each) with excellent scripts, technical and musical production... the show outspent every other competitor.
