Checking in with yourself as one of the hardest things I think I’ve ever had to do. It is so amazing when you have friends family loved ones who check in on you but it is not something that you can depend on. Just make sure that you are always taking time to check in with yourself. You deserve to be the best version of you!

Naturally we all experience waves of happiness snd sadness. Have you ever experienced it at the same time? I’m struggling hard with this. I don’t know which way is up.
