Welcome back to the Hello Flow Podcast. Today I’m interviewing Dana Stiles and Shayna Cornelius who are the Human Design experts, best-selling authors, spiritual teachers, and podcast hosts behind DayLunaTM. As co-founders and owners of their company, they are on a mission to empower the collective towards self-love, personal freedom, and radical authenticity.

Meeting in college over 14 years ago, together they have experienced many beautiful adventures, including their spiritual awakening. When Dana and Shayna discovered Human Design, just before their Saturn Returns, they were both working in corporate/traditional careers. They were trying to fit into the homogenized world, exhausting their energy, feeling a longing for something more, and passionately studying spirituality in their free time. During their journeys, Shayna and Dana heard about Human Design and when they began learning about their own unique designs (they are both 2/4 Projectors!), the powerful revelations they discovered became a catalyst that radically changed every aspect of their lives. They decided to fully commit to living by their design and to understand every single facet of this complex spiritual science. That journey quickly led them to quit their secure, traditional jobs and answer a divine calling to spread the wisdom that is Human Design.

As a Holistic Art Therapy Facilitator, Nadia Fairlamb helps artists and individuals who struggle with past traumas that block their creativity and life, set goals to engineer a future on purpose, cleaning up the past every step of the way, without getting lost in the past painful emotions or it taking years. 

With a BFA in Sculptural Ceramics and Archaeology, Nadia’s professional art career includes working as a technical illustrator of archaeological artifacts, as a stained-glass window technician, and creating large scale mixed media and wood sculptures for interior designers and art dealers.

Nadia's current body of artwork is influenced by the ocean’s currents and waves,  local indigenous mythology, and large scale installation sculptures.

Welcome back to the Hello Flow Podcast. Today I have Neil Armstrong on to talk about creating your own luck and evolving as a creative. Born & raised in NYC, DJ Neil Armstrong turned his love of music and hip hop culture into a career that has allowed him to play music for the masses all over the world. 

Neil initially gained notoriety for his mixtape projects, which showcased his DJ skills as well as his vast eclectic knowledge of music. These highly regarded mixtapes generated considerable press – and they often became the soundtrack of choice for many in the streetwear/fashion/music industry.

The growing audience led him to work with brands such as Adidas, Undefeated and Fruition, which in turn led to working with large scale related industry entities like the NBA, BMW, and VH1 to name a few.

Eventually Neil’s reputation as a turntable musician landed him a spot as Jay-Z’s tour DJ from 2008-2010 North America, Europe and Africa. Neil held down the turntables for the televised 9/11 tribute at Madison Square Garden, and performed in front of 120,000 plus at the Glastonbury Festival in England. By far the highlight was performing for the inauguration of the 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama. This was the 1st time in history turntables and scratching were present for a celebration of this magnitude.
