Episode 84: This week we are welcoming Morgan Tracy to the podcast! Morgan is an avid traveller and explorer, having lived on both coasts of the United States & taking her adventures abroad! Morgan was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in high school, and has spent the last few years not only navigating the gluten-free world, but embracing it and even celebrating it! Through her personal brand @soursideupgf, Morgan shares her own gluten-free recipes with the world. Morgan also talks about what wellness looks like for her, and what she does professionally (We'll give you a hint... it also has to do with food!).

Episode 83. We are so blessed have had this HARD and IMPORTANT conversation with Kathleen Jensen, the creator of The Little Heart Project. After experiencing a traumatic life event and suffering in silence for eight years, Kathleen saw a sliver of light at the end of the tunnel, through a little crocheted heart. Since the creation of The Little Heart Project, Kathleen and hundreds of others across the globe, have crocheted and distributed hundreds of thousands of hearts, all with the intention of suicide prevention. Kathleen is passionate about talking about suicide in order to stop suicide. She shares her own story, as well as some of the stories she's received from people all over the world who have found her hearts.
