Why doesn't someone take him out, like the Courts, Law Enforcement, Congress, the IRS, someone ? If he is such a threat to humanity, not one entity can neutralize the threat? No judge will stand up to him?

We found a planet that generates oxygen, which is fine and fun. But is all the looking towards space killing Earth? Have we simply given up on Earth and now feel our future lies in space. Because common folks won't ever make it to space…only the wealthy, the young, the chosen. Meanwhile, what do we do with a dying planet? Is there no interest in saving Earth?
