Listen in as I share the three things our brain likes to tell us and how to counter these things using our thoughts, talking back to our brain, and using the tool, "the truth is."
We do not have to let our brains run on outdated brain programming. We can talk back to them and override them and reprogram them for our benefit!

When something comes up that is out of our control, focusing on it will destroy our peace of mind, take away our power, and ruin our health and our relationships. In contrast, when we focus on the things we CAN control, we’ll feel peace and progress in our lives. The only thing we really have control over is ourself. We can work to bring our focus here moment by moment and feel so much more in control and so much more peace of mind! Listen as I share how to use the circle of control!

The temple is our greatest resource here on Earth. It is where the great plan of our God is unfolded before us once again and we learn who we are and what we can become. We partake of a special spirit that can reside there because of what is not found in holy temples. It is a place set apart in the world where the Savior can enter in. The Lord is bringing temples to his people so we can partake of the blessings and power that come from attending there. Our prophet has emphasized how MUCH we will need this power in the days ahead. Our access to temples is rapidly increasing with 100 temples announced in just the last 5 years! It is worth great sacrifices on our part to be there as frequently as our circumstances will allow.

God's plan for us is Jesus. It is the Atonement of Jesus Christ. This gift is available to all, it is for our use both when acting as the sinner and when acting as the saint. It can fill all the spaces that we need. It allows us to overcome and to become. It allows us to return to the presence of the Father. It allows us to give others a free pass and helps us to forgive and to heal. Christ has experienced all we will experience and knows exactly how to help and aid us. We are never excluded from the glorious blessings inherent in the Atonement of Jesus Christ but we DO have to invite that help into our lives. Listen in as Ashley shares her insights along with insights and teachings from modern day servants of the Lord.
