I never want my episodes to start sounding the same, so I'm taking this week to get inspired and figured I'd give you all a little update on what's happening in my life this week! In this episode I share my true feelings about this move (it's not all excitement) and also talk about some plans I have for my career when I get there! 

We've all been there...where you're in a relationship and you feel like you have to question your partner on everything.  Even if they aren't the problem! These insecurities might be stemmed from your past. But, I'm here to share my tips with you on how I feel the best I ever have in my current relationship. Hint* It all starts with being secure with yourself and happy with who you are.

It's not easy living by yourself for the first time, and whether you're getting ready to do that, or you've lived alone for years; this episode is all about the importance of living by yourself and how to keep your head above water when it's time to pay that hefty bill called rent! Join us as we talk about Nathalie's experience living in a hotel by herself for almost a year while juggling a 4.0 gpa in college and how the experience has gotten me fully ready to share my living space again very soon! 

Food hasn't always been an easy thing for me...As summer is rolling around, I know there's pressure to get "Bikini body ready" #hotgirlsummer right?? We are built for greatness at any size. Join me as I speak on a topic I never thought I'd share. From crash dieting, to my past with food and how I'm working on overcoming those voices in my head that say I'm not good enough. 

Part 2 of last weeks episode! This is a continuation of red flags and signs its time to move on. These topics were all suggested by my followers on instagram, if you haven't gotten the chance to listen to part 1, that was last weeks episode and I recommend it if you're currently with someone that portrays these characteristics. This is me just giving my take and sharing my past experience on these topics to spare one of you some wasted time and maybe a little heartache! 

No more making excuses for someones inability to give you what you deserve! You all voted on these topics so don't hate me for being completely honest. If you're with someone that makes you feel any of these things, then you probably need this reminder that you are worth the BEST that someone can give you. Not just 5% of the time, but all the time. I am not a professional at being alone, but I will say I have grown to love being by myself. Just recently I was thinking that Alone and Lonely were the same thing, but they are so so different! Alone is something that takes time to love, when you're content being by yourself and feel at peace knowing you aren't rekindling unhealthy relationships/friendships, or picking up bad habits just so you're not alone! Lonely is what I call the "Sad Version" of being alone. It's when you can't feel comfortable going out to eat by yourself, or just going on a walk by yourself, the idea of being all alone is a sinking feeling to you. You are not ALONE, no pun intended...okay maybe a little. 

I used to drink 5 redbulls a day...YIKES! The key to personal success, is realizing you could be doing better for yourself! The hardest part of change (in my opinion) is accepting that, and figuring out what a better version of yourself looks like to YOU. Everyones idea of a bad habit is different, so it's up to you to dig deep, and figure out what it is that you think you could change; join me as I share some bad habits that I replaced with some more sustainable ones that might keep me alive a little longer lol 

This ones for my ladies!! I've had quite a love/hate relationship with contraceptives! But, I'm here to share what my doctor failed to let me know as a 15 yr old girl who didn't know all the options of birth controls there were! If you feel stuck, or just a little too comfortable being uncomfortable with your method of BC, hear me out! The non-hormonal IUD is truly the best decision I've made for myself. It's not for everyone, but if you're just curious on The Pill Vs. The IUD, this episode is the perfect one for you! I may also talk about the Diva Cup....OOPS, I went there. Lots of TMI with this topic, so here's your warning lol But, lots of good info! 

Episode 5 calls for 5 things I wish I knew before meeting *The One.  In this episode I talk about love, long distance, finances and dare I say it, credit score. Yep, I went there. Learn from my lessons of being a clueless 21yr old with zero experience on how credit cards worked, and no idea how important all of this would be when I met the man I would plan my life with. Hint* It all ties in together, and its worth the listen!
