To celebrate Sexual Health Awareness Week, this month Vicki and Tom discuss sexual health with youth workers Amy and Kayleigh 🎙️
In this episode, this week’s guests talk about the importance of consent, STIs and how to keep safe, contraception and healthy relationships.
Vicki and Tom also open up a conversation about what healthy relationships look like in their self-care section, and how you can identify what’s important in a relationship.
Everything we discuss in this episode is for informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional medical advice. If you’re seeking medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment, please consult a medical professional or healthcare advisor.
