Henrico Police continue to seek information about a county woman who has been missing for one year. Tracy Lynn Butler Epps, 56, last was seen March 3, 2022. When her husband, Lester Carlton Epps, Jr., died four days later in an incident, Henrico Police officers attempted to provide next-of-kin notifications to her but could not locate her.
