The Central Virginia housing market is continuing to slow, while price and active listings grow, according to the Richmond Association of Realtors. At the end of 2022, there were 2,401 active listings in the region – or 1,042 more listings than last year (a 77% jump). The Henrico Circuit Court Clerk’s Office has received a grant of more than ,000 from Virginia’s Circuit Court Records Preservation Program to fund records-preservation efforts. The funds will be used to preserve and encapsulate deed books and minute books from 1781 to 1814.
