A Henrico soldier who died during battle in Korea 70 years ago will be honored by the Virginia War Memorial March 11. The VWM will add the name of U.S. Army Private First Class Richard J. There were 68 new cases of COVID-19 reported in Henrico County Tuesday, according to the Virginia Department of Health, more than doubling the amount of cases from yesterday, when Henrico witnessed its lowest single-day total since November. Henrico County reported its lowest number of new COVID-19 cases since November on March 8 – just 33, according to the Virginia Department of Health.
