There are people who survived something years ago but are still making today’s decisions from yesterday’s wounds. They’ve learned how to function, work, raise families, go to church, and keep moving forward but underneath it all, rejection, betrayal, heartbreak, loss, or disappointment may still be shaping how they trust, love, see themselves, and approach their future.
In this episode, we sit down with Monique Beckford, author of Bloom Anyway, Even When It Hurts, to talk about what it means to move beyond simply surviving and intentionally pursue healing. We’ll explore how to confront the wounds we’ve carried, separate our identity from what happened to us, and give ourselves permission to heal, grow, and bloom again.
In today’s culture, pastors are no longer influencing people only from the pulpit—they are reaching millions through social media, podcasts, books, conferences, businesses, and viral content. For a generation consuming spiritual messages from countless voices, this episode explores the power and responsibility that comes with spiritual influence and challenges young Christians to consider who they are allowing to shape their faith, beliefs, and decisions. Through an open and honest conversation, we’ll examine what healthy spiritual leadership looks like, the difference between influence and idolization, the importance of discernment, and how to recognize both the green flags and red flags in the voices we choose to follow.
In this episode, we’re bringing together women from different walks and seasons of life for a candid conversation about what it means to carry yourself as a woman in today’s world. From class, confidence, and femininity to dating, marriage, career, friendships, and reputation, etiquette expert Jackie Vernon-Thompson joins the panel to explore how a woman carries herself, how she loves, and how she leads.
Prayer is one of the most powerful tools available to every believer, but understanding how, when, and what to pray can make our prayer lives more intentional and effective. In this episode, we explore why prayer should be a daily part of every believer’s life and the 5 principles for effective prayers and how praying the right prayer in the right season can strengthen our faith, align us with God’s will, and produce powerful results in our lives.
The way we carry ourselves speaks before we ever say a word, but in today’s culture, do good manners and proper etiquette still matter? Etiquette expert Jackie Vernon-Thompson sits down with Henry for a thought-provoking conversation about how etiquette impacts our confidence, relationships, opportunities, and the way we show up in the world.
In a culture that constantly pushes the idea of an equal 50/50 split in marriage and relationships, what does Scripture actually say about the roles of a husband and wife? In this episode, our panel takes an honest, unfiltered look at what the Bible teaches about gender roles — dismantling misconceptions, addressing the pushback this topic often gets, and unpacking what it practically looks like to walk this out in a modern marriage. It's a candid conversation about leadership, submission, partnership, and purpose — and why God's design might look different than what the world is selling us.

Entrepreneurship can be exciting and rewarding, but behind the dream are often fears that keep people from starting, growing, or fully stepping into their potential. In this episode, we unpack five common fears entrepreneurs face—failure, financial instability, inadequacy, rejection and the opinions of others, and even the fear of success. Through honest conversation, practical wisdom, and a faith-centered perspective, we explore how to confront those fears, move forward despite uncertainty, and choose faith over fear when pursuing the vision God has placed in your heart.

In an age where everyone has a platform and every opinion has an audience, many believers have taken on the role of commentators, critics, and self-appointed watchdogs of the Church. While exposing false doctrine and defending biblical truth have their place, what happens when our content becomes consumed with criticizing other believers? When does discernment become destruction? When does correction become gossip? And are we using our platforms to build up the Body of Christ—or to tear it down?
In this episode, we explore the fine line between speaking truth and weaponizing truth, and ask whether some forms of "Christian commentary" have become less about protecting the faith and more about feeding outrage, division, and an appetite for controversy.
