Day 13 Recap: Another office day! I don’t always get much done, but I love the social aspect — as an extrovert, working from home gives me flexibility but I need people-time or I start to go crazy. I was semi-prepared today with my Stanley and workout clothes, but forgot my lunch.
One of my favorite things about office days is taking my outdoor walk in the nearby residential area. It gives me a refreshing break from the workday and helps me knock out one of my tasks.
The bigger highlight, though, is how I feel mentally and physically. I tend to focus on the physical side of 75 Hard, but mentally I’ve noticed so much less brain fog, better focus at work, more energy throughout the day, and an overall more positive outlook. That’s a huge win in itself.
Key Lesson of the Day: Don’t overlook the mental results of 75 Hard — the clarity and positivity are just as valuable as the physical transformation.
