Jessica grew up in a small town in Ohio. She always felt different, and she followed her heart to Colorado. When she moved, she was in awe of the beauty and adventure and felt like her soul belonged. She felt home. Six months after she and her boyfriend Jason moved, he passed away and her world shattered. Little did she know that she would not only grieve the loss of her best friend, but everything else that wasn’t healed within her. She used unhealthy coping mechanisms to handle her grief and survive. Depressed and lost, she never thought she would be happy again. With the help of a few close family members and friends, she sought help and began her healing journey.

Committed to growth and change, she finally felt free.
