Arielle is a Lead Recruiter for Pinterest, focusing on Product Design. With 15+ years of experience, Arielle has worked in the entertainment and tech industry finding highly sought after Talent; while helping organizations build and scale teams. She's hired over 400 people in her career, and coached more than 750 through the interview and salary negotiation process--which she enjoys the most. Arielle has previously worked in the Detroit, San Francisco, LA and New York markets for companies like Pandora Radio, Uber, Slack, and HBO Max.
Outside of work she's involved with the She Shares Mentoring program, the Sisters of Nia Enrichment Program for young girls, and the Creative Mornings Sacramento chapter. Twice yearly, she leads a career coaching session at The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she graduated in 2005.
