On today’s episode, we share stories of inspiring and amazing women. A way to honor women this month and always, is by acknowledging their hard work, effort, fierceness and devotion. Make sure you remind them of just how awesome they are and if you don’t have a woman like this in your life, maybe reflect on that. We also talk about Suni and Butch, the two astronauts who safely returned to Earth after 9 months on the International Space Station.
Discover Kelsi’s superpower called “info-dumping” as she raves about all things basketball, Pacers vs. Bucks lore, and more. Angelica tries to stump Kelsi on riddles, and then Kelsi tests Angelica’s Taboo skills. Join us for a chill episode amongst the chaos in the world right now. <3
Emily Pike was a 14-year-old missing girl from Mesa, Arizona, whose murder has reignited the conversation for MMIP and the lack of media coverage over their cases. We give a rundown of Emily Pike’s tragic case along with unbelievable statistics on MMIP. We encourage you to educate yourself and spread awareness. Please check the trigger warnings and listen with care.Â

Over the weekend, Kelsi and Angelica watched “Devil in the Family: The Fall of Ruby Franke”, Hulu’s documentary about the YouTube family vloggers, 8 Passengers and their horrific story of abuse. What started as so innocent gradually turned into a cult-like mindset that led a mother to believe her children were possessed. We encourage everyone to watch this documentary and be informed of the harms of family vlogging.Â
Trigger Warnings:
Child abuse, religious abuse, religious traumaÂ
In honor of Black History Month, we discuss the story of Henrietta Lacks, whose stolen immortal cells have contributed to scientific research and advances. We also deep dive into the true meaning of privilege and its effects in society.Â
Kelsi and Angelica were both down for the count with the flu. Yes, it was awful, go get your flu shot, everyone!! Today we’re just catching up and yapping after not seeing each other for 2 weeks, then we talk about the Chuck E. Cheese pizza conspiracy- good times, good pizza, better ingredients, Papa Johns!Â
In this episode, we discuss the state of the United States and how we too are scared. We're no experts in politics, but we don't need any expertise to understand that things are so morally wrong- crazy things that happen don't surprise us anymore- and that's scary. Keep fighting, keep speaking out, and keep standing up for what you believe in.
We watched Inside Out 2, and spent the episode regurgitating it to you. It sparked big conversations about anxiety, control, people pleasing and more. Join us for more open conversations about anxiety.
