We all know that big things can come in small packages. At Christmas, we celebrate a little gift that the Bible later describes as inexpressible. What is so special about this tiny gift that's worth celebrating?

While we often view Jesus as the baby lying in a manger at Christmastime, in reality, He is so much more than that. In one of the great glimpses into who Jesus is, the suffering Son who came to free the world from sin.

A self-sufficient man named Saul finds himself helpless after being confronted by Jesus. Thankfully, God delights in using helpless people!

Philip continues to obey the leading of God to another unlikely place, the desert, to meet another unlikely man, an Ethiopian eunuch.

When hard days come, it can be easy to let our vision drift inward. Not so with the early church. When forced to scatter, these believers take the Gospel to an unlikely place: Samaria.
