Fi: Talvisella Suomenlinnalla, kylmä merituuli puhalsi jään yli, ja lumi peitti hiljaa vanhat kivimuurit.
En: On a wintry day at Suomenlinna, a cold sea breeze blew over the ice, and snow quietly covered the old stone walls.

Fi: Tänään oli Suomen itsenäisyyspäivä, ja Eero, täynnä intoa historiasta, kulki muiden mukana.
En: Today was Finland's Independence Day, and Eero, filled with enthusiasm for history, walked along with the others.
