We Acknowledge the traditional custodians of this land. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging and extend that respect to all Aboriginal people present. This place is, was and always will be Aboriginal land.

Mvlholland is a star setting up for great things. Grace Mulhollond publishes under the moniker and has recently signed to Sony. She has big things coming in the second half of the year.

Also...it’s been a wild time in Australia with the Federal election displacing Coalition PM Scott Morrison with the Labor leader Anthony ‘albo’ Albanese.

For me, I feel it’s a rebuild after a tough and toxic years.

Ani DiFranco’s Living in Clip  was a seminal release that introduced me to the power women can possess when they hold a guitar and sing their own songs.

This week I go through what’s good and bad (spoiler alert, nothing) one of my favourite releases EVER!

This release features a catalogue of some of Ani's hits - best of all - live!
Do you remember (or even know) what a bootleg is? Oh the 90s hey!!

Get the 25th Anniversary copy. It's shiny. It's remastered.

Lovely ILUKA shares her time on the podcast. She's in between gigs supporting Lime Cordiale and also preparing for a few intimate shows to finally tour her debut album Queen of the Turbulent Heart.

There's a lot packed into this release and we unpack it all. So listen in an enjoy!

There are new ones from Wet Leg, Tones and I, Miiesha and Mallrat.

ĠENN are a UK-based four piece girl group based in Brighton on the cusp of releasing their debut album (when vinyl stocks allow). The history of the band is certainly an interesting one. Guitarist Janelle speaks with HERstory to explain their backstory.

It's an important time for advocacy for those we advocate for with International Women's Day following the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.
