Hey Everybody!

After dropping the last episode I found myself testing the very ground it was discussing. Many question from my listeners combined with "walking the walk" in the face of certain obstacle made the whole thing very real to me. I felt a "Part 2" was in order.

Sometimes the obstacles you face can have you facing inward. The true challenge in those phases of life is to continue to keep your eyes fixed above, and still be ready to be there for others in need. You can be in your own tunnel, but also be the light at the end of someone else's.

I've been pretty busy in the day-to-day, but that doesn't always mean its been purposeful. Its always wise to take a minute to prioritize, and see if you're really applying yourself in the most affective way.

Some of the greatest things in life come when you just let them happen. Many people had been planning their trip to celebrate Walt Disney World's 50 Anniversary for months, if not years... Our plan? The night before!

I would absolutely play peek-a-boo with this child... If she ever decides to grace us with her presence!

More importantly, I learn another good lesson about God's timing being more perfect than my own. He has a plan and a purpose, and any of the plans I've made may not be it.

This week marks 10 years of marriage for my wife Stephanie and I. There is no denying that married life is both a development and a test of teamwork, and I am so proud to have the most amazing team player by my side every single day. Happy Anniversary Steph!

Welcome to Season 2!

The thought process of an artist thrives on the continual motion of life, so what happens to the artist when you shut life down? As live music starts to come back around it brings much about this to light.

We all make plans. Sometimes our plans aren't always the most wise. Sometimes we make plans for ourselves, and get so locked into them that we fail to see the needs of others. When our plans don't go "according to plan" we become frustrated and confused. This week I had major plans, but God had something else in mind. I learned a good lesson and accomplished more than I thought I was capable of.

When you see a bright, shiny, fancy tour bus running down the road, or maybe a group of them parked in the loading dock of your favorite concert, have you ever stopped to think about what it takes to create one of these beauties? Today, on Have A Conversation, I have a great chat with Steve Zeigler (Director, Bus Shell Sales Division; Prevost Coach). He covers everything from the ground up in what goes into creating a bus, maintaining it, various branches of the company, and a few bus-related traveling adventures while working with North America's (and entertainment's) #1 Coach company.
