My father was deported when I was really really young and I’m still trying to find a balance I put myself out there to be as transparent as possible to let you guys know that you are not alone ❤️🤞🏽

Being around family could really uplift you in ways you never imagined. Sometimes you may feel like going thru this life alone is a safer route for you because of everything and everyone that you’ve lost but it’s not! IT’S A TRAP!!!!! LOVE IS THE WAY❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

On this journey of us learning how to live better lives & to heal from all that we’ve been through we have to understand that self-control is one of the key mechanisms that we have to incorporate in our lives not only for our well-being but also for the well being of those around us❤️🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋

When you lose somebody it feels like a part of you went with them and it leaves you in a dark space of confusion on figuring out how you’re supposed to move on but there are coping mechanisms that we can use to aid us into being better people 💗

In my first episode I am being as transparent with my listeners as possible. From discussing my religion to my anxiety to coping mechanisms. I’m opening up the doors to my life and I’m letting you guys in I just want to be an inspiration to someone you are not alone💕
