Welcome to 'Hey Mama Rach'!

As a mother/baby registered nurse, Rachel has walked with many women through the early 'postpartum' period. After going through her OWN postpartum experience she realized the true lack of support for mothers.

Hey Mama Rach highlights the stories of REAL mothers in the first year after their baby is born.

The women that had to go back to work earlier than they planned. The women that had to navigate setting boundaries with family members while healing their bodies. The women that were lonely, exhausted, & overwhelmed. And the women that were caught in a ‘beautiful blur’ after their baby was born.

So often we hear about the birth experience, but what about after?? It’s obvious most of us felt like our homes were ‘filled with bodies but we were lonely as ever’.

It’s time to talk about postpartum. To normalize the transformation. To give moms real resources & support through our own stories/experiences.
