In episode 5, Courtney chats to Jye all about his documentary "The Promise" which follows Craig Hamilton as he tackles his mental health battles and overcomes suicidal thoughts. We not only hear all about how common suicide and mental health struggles are but how Jye, Craig & the team behind "The Promise" have not only documented Craig's story but EDUCATE the viewer about what to do to support people who are in a dark place.
The end goal?
To make mental health challenges part of everyday conversation. TO SAVE LIVES.

Caity shares her experiences throughout her schooling and how it impacted her self-esteem and self-worth. She also discusses her experience of building her connection to country and how connecting with her culture has helped her to find an important part of her identity. While Caity can't speak on behalf of all Aboriginal people, it's clear that these experiences had a huge impact on her wellbeing as a young girl and adolescent.
