We are bought up to believe that we are here to solve problems and that we need to learn more so we can get better at solving them. Listen to my point of view on why it's such a limiting paradigm.

Be a balloon - light , energetic and rising above all the shame , fear, regret, worry on our earth

Do some journaling first then take yourself off with the fish , coral and stingray swimming in beautiful tropical waters , allowing all that beautiful scene lull you into deep relaxation.

Walk along a gentle and comforting track into the bush . It surrounds you like the arms of a kind mother and draws you clloser to being relaxed and sleepy.

Do some journaling then grow some wings or find your cape and fly unteethered and free from all this worlds problems and expectations. Celebrate those things in your life you’ve been fighting against.
