WK 15 - 49ers v FALCONS: Welcome HPP fans, friends and followers! Niners
are back home in Cali this week after a thriller in OH. Bringing back an OT victory over
the Bengals 26-23 with a heroic drive in OT for the victory, secured by a 12 yard TD
reception and run by Brandon Aiyuk. Now at 7-6 they are right in the thick of things for a
playoff spot, with a chance to eliminate one of the contenders in the Atlanta Falcons,
who visit Levis stadium this Sunday for what is a critical matchup in these final 4 weeks
of the season. Joining us to talk all things Niners, as well as fashion and fun, is safety
Jimmie Ward.

As the Niners head to Cincinnati to take on the Bengals we sit down with Dan Brunskill and Adam Clark. 

Heading into his 5th season, Dan Brunskill is a key 
component of the 49ers team this year as the starting right guard.. Dan is another 
important cog in the offensive line battling to protect Jimmy and keep that Niner run
game rolling.

Our MVP guest, Adam Clark, says he has been a Bengals fan since he was born. This episode goes deep into mindfulness practices and different practices that he relies on to take care of his mental health and show up as the best he can be. 

It's okay to not be okay. And it's okay to admit that to yourself and to others. But it's important to remember that there are tools and resources that can help you to shift the energy so that it doesn't become all consuming and take you out. 

Both of these interviews flew by and we are so grateful for them coming on to share their stories.

Team Leader: Master Sergeant Mike Shockey
Bio: Born in Jacksonville, FL in 1983, to Mike and Ann Shockey. The Family moved back to Dayton, Ohio after Mike senior got out of the Navy later that year. Master Sergeant Shockey graduated from Centerville High School in 2001 and joined the Ohio Army National Guard as a Motor Transport Operator shortly after. He deployed to Iraq in 2004, where he ran convoy security as a gun truck commander for the 1487th Transportation Company. In 2006, he served as a Mobilization Instructor for the Ohio Army National Guard and then moved over to Recruiting in early 2008. While in Recruiting Command, Master Sergeant Shockey has served in multiple roles: High School Recruiter, Officer Candidate School Recruiter/Instructor, Military Entrance Processing Station Guidance Counselor, State Operations NCOIC and Recruiting Company NCOIC. He currently lives in Centerville, OH with his wife Marissa and 3 children, Gabe, Andie and Noah.

SEE YOU IN SEATTLE!

WK 13 - 49ers at SEATTLE: Niners are on the road again this weekend, this time
up the coast to our dear friends the Seattle Seahawks, who come into the game with a 3-
8 record, after losing Monday night on the east coast to the Washington football. While in
last place in the West they are always a threat and difficult to defeat at home, especially
when they play the Niners. Fresh off a hard fought win over the Vikings 34-26, and now
at 6-5 with a 4 game win streak, the Niners look to continue their push for a playoff spot
through these final 6 games. To help us look at what is going on and prep for this next
game we have 1 of 2 of the left side of the Niner’s offensive line, who has had an
outstanding season, Laken Tomlinson.

Though our partnership with Merging Vets & Players we were introduced to Sergeant Major (retired) Ed Hall. This was a very emotional episode for all of us and it speaks volume to the amount of strength and courage it takes to show up and share your heart with the world. 

There is a consistent theme of gratitude for the incredibly strong women in their lives. From their mothers raising them and helping them be the men they are today, to their wives and teammates through this wonderful yet challenging life. 

Our thoughts and prayers are with Ed and Tonya and their family.
