Robert Plant, former powerhouse vocalist/songwriter for the legendary Led Zeppelin in the late 60's and 70's.  After the group disbanded in 1980, he's had a very successful solo career for close to 40 years. His latest release "digging deep" is set for December 13th.  A box set of hit songs and deep cuts comprising eight seven inch vinyl singles (2 tracks from each of his 8 solo albums).  and in this episode we pick up the conversation where we left off in part one  "with the passing of time".    Hope you enjoy Robert Plant part two.

ROGER WATERS: Singer/songwriter/activist/co-founder of the legendary Pink Floyd and creator/visionary of some of the most incredible concert tours of the last 2 decades. Dark Side of the Moon, The 3 year Wall tour, and most recently the Us & Them tour from 2017-18. That tour is documented in the breathtaking concert film US & THEM that just premiered around the world. Shot in Amsterdam and co-directed with Roger's long time videographer Sean Evans, who also did the Wall Movie.  That's where my conversation began , with Roger Waters on the Wall.  Enjoy!

Joel Rosenman, son of a New York dentist, who at 25, decided instead of a recording recording career with Columbia Records in the 60's, went on to become a writer and venture capitalist with partner John Roberts.  The Story goes, in 1969 they placed an ad in the New York Times claiming to be "Young Men With Unlimited Capital" looking for business proposals.  Along comes Artie Kornfeld and Michael Lang who were looking to build a recording studio in upstate New York. That idea quickly turned into a concert. Here's part three of Joel's story on how Woodstock came to be.

Artie Kornfeld, former vice president of Capitol Records, songwriter, (over 75 Billboard charted hits) and was involved in the making of over 150 albums.  In the 1980s, Kornfeld produced some of the biggest hits of the decade, including "Eye of The Tiger", Tracy Chapman’s "Fast Car" and Neil Young’s "Rockin In The Free World". Perhaps, Artie's most famous for co-creating The Woodstock Music & Arts Festival with Michael Lang, Joel Rosenman and John P.Roberts.
