Hide & Seek

As Midsumma continues to dazzle Melbourne, Andrew and James find out more about another great Midsumma event, Sexy Dead Schoolboys. After that, they learn some tips and tricks for being a good bottom while on a camping trip!

As a busy Midsumma Festival kicks off Andrew and James caught up with two of the sexiest shows around for our own rainbow communities festival:

Company of Men

Curator/Artist Damien Hinds and artists Marc Savoia and Rogan Richards chat about the multimedia extravaganza of sex, grunt and disco balls that is the Company of Men.

Silvertop Ash

Silvertop Ash is the story of gay teen suicide and one boy’s struggle for acceptance. The lead actors join us on how they have drawn on their own experiences for the play.

In a first for Hide & Seek, The Apprentice and James were joined by naked men in the studio. NudeManFest invites and challenges men of the modern world to live as men did ages ago. It invites men to strip off their clothing and to rediscover themselves, others and nature. Organisers Kevin and Laurence joined the guys to discuss social nudity and NudeManFest happening on Australia Day Weekend as part of Midsumma 2015.

Two of Australia’s top female comedians join the boys to nut out o few first world problems ahead of their Master Class Workshop being held in March.

Melbourne’s Mitchell Payne makes the POZ100 inspirational youth list.

So what happens when you get an STI and you need to track down that guy from a few weeks back? Andrew and James learn about the art of sexual health contact tracing from Jane Tomnay, who spent many years as a Department of Health Notifications Officer, including how practices have had to change over the years.

Avi went on location to NudeManFest to interview Kevin, the man behind the growing event, about its past, present and future.

Andrew and Dean learn more about Living Positive Victoria’s “Senior Voices” project. Funded by the Federal Government, the project is aimed at training both aged care services, and the community, on the needs of our community elders living with HIV.

There are 100 men in Melbourne currently participating in the PrEP Trial and we chat with two of them, Al and John, about their experiences to date with this new HIV prevention measure.
