The coffee was strong and I made it to my morning stream. On time. The sun was bright and warming and life just keeps unfolding. Be kind to yourself.

My first missed episode. A quick update from the day before. Day 6 of 365 - alarm set so that the next 359 journal entries are not missed.

I finally graced my microphone tonight, and thankfully wrote the episode before a heavy last night with my team here in Southampton. You can hear everything in my voice. Enjoy journal 5.

A very close call to not leaving an entry tonight, but put into words my feelings. Life is beautiful, rewarding and the Universe really does work in mysterious ways. I never mentioned in this episode that today I missed breakfast, but the moment lunch hit my veins I had the most incredible energy. After almost 8 hours of sleep too. Look after your body, it needs you.

A beautiful day, filled with beautiful lessons and observations. Life is for living, but also to be still, calm and open to learn. Enjoy.
