The part of the NHL draft that we care about took place last night! The Blues had 3 picks in the first round, including their first pick taking place at the 10th slot. Come on down, Dalibor Dvorsky. Giovanny Gallegos had an implosion on live television last night, and following that debacle we had a whole other debacle take place in the press conference room. Oli Marmol was asked some ridiculous questions, and his displeasure was visible.

It's been too long since we've had a six pack segment with Marcus Seidel! Although our recent conversations with Marcus have been sports based, we go back to our roots for an hour of health and wellness conversation! Hopefully you guys learn a thing or two.

The media/fan-created trade rumors surrounding Paul Goldschmidt has become an official topic on this show. It's been hinted at and briefly touched on a couple of times, but it has never been discussed as in depth as it is during this segment. Nate thinks that defense needs to be an enormous priority heading into next season.

Nate liked what he heard from Oli Marmol at the podium last night. It appears that Oli has correct some of his previous podium snafus!

A new team debuted their city connect uniforms, and they have not been well-received aorund the country. Nate is not betting on the Cardinals, and thank goodness that's the case.
