Shame is a shadow that looms over many of us, shaping our thoughts, behaviors, and beliefs in ways we may not even fully understand. It’s a powerful emotion that often drives us to hide our true selves, to conform to expectations that don’t align with who we are, and to settle for less than we deserve.
