There are only two orientations to life: flow or control. We either receive the stream of energy flowing through us or resist it, bury it, or deny that it is there. We do this as a way of controlling our inner and outer worlds, but resisting energy does not make it go away. The energy patiently waits for us to receive the emotion and information it contains. The energy we suppress holds gifts that promise to elevate us to the next level of peace, power and purpose.
