In the last lesson, we started in 1 Corinthians 1. Our instructor, Joe Lochamy, noted that Paul interrupted himself after 1 Cor. 1:18 and continued in chapter 3 with the discussion on the problem of division. This lesson covers the first half of chapter 3 and concludes on the following lesson.

The middle portion of Acts 19 describes Paul's ongoing missionary journey, especially his work among the Ephesians.

Paul's mission trip moves on through Macedonia, pressing to return to Jerusalem for the day of Pentecost. He also sent a farewell to the church in Ephesus. The Lesson ended with instructions for elders.

The Bible has magnificent reminders. When the Israelites crossed the Jordan River into the promised land, Joshua had them set up stones as a memorial. From this example on through the Lord's Supper in the New Testament, the Bible gives us the important things to treat with reverent memorial.

A lesson on the biblical concept of Love as expressed in the letters written by the apostle John. First, Second, and Third John emphasize Christian love in these three letters. This lesson is to conclude on June 26, 2019.

Levi Dodd began a new series on the Lord's Prayer. This first lesson of the series came from Matthew 6:9, "Our Father."

Acts 18 finds Paul in Corinth speaking first to the local Jews and then to the Gentiles. He remained in Corinth for 18 months and then completed this 2nd missionary journey. The final half of the Acts 18 begins the 3rd missionary trip.

This lesson covered the latter half of 1 Corinthians 3. Paul wrote explaining why the only way to achieve unity was to focus on Jesus and to recognize that God's ways surpass our own so-called wisdom.

Continuing in our verse-to-verse study of Acts, Bill Wallace explored the chaos in Ephesus over their worship of the false god Diana and the teaching that Paul did on the one true God. Near the end, Bill introduced chapter 20.
