Ohhhhh wow this is a longggg conversion with my beautiful sister and I, but I think if you're feeling "numb", "stuck", depressed, or even annoyed at yourself - we hope this sheds A LOT of light as to why that might be. We share our experiences with those feelings, including the feelings of suicide... We've come to realize, in adulthood, anytime we wanted to die - it was bc we wanted to kill a version of ourselves that was no longer serving us.
