In this episode I go into my interpretation of 'shadow work', through a meditation that heals ones younger selves. This meditation took place with my Gestalt Psychotherapist and I bring forth that experience in this episode. It took some time to get the guts to upload this. I wanted to do it a week before, but I always remind myself that it is not easy being vulnerable, especially on the internet. But I've read this quote and it goes something like "your story will be someone else's survival guide.", I truly hope it is. I hope anyone out there who feels hurt and believes what happened to them when they were younger cannot be fixed, thinks twice after tuning into this episode. Thank you for reading all of this, if you got this far. My heart sends you lots of love and light. I want you to know you're not alone in this journey. I got your back. I hope I can bring a sense of community to my followers. A community where we elevate our lives and shine brightly like the stars we all are.
