San Diego Police are asking for the public's help finding the hit and run driver that killed a 60-year-old man in Hillcrest. The Zoo has formalized plans to charge $16 per day for parking for Non-Zoo members. Starting tonight at 10:00, the Hawthorne exit on the Northbound I-5 will be closed, as well as the north and southbound SR-163 connectors to I-5.
