  • #54 Hannah Young - Connecting the dots between Sales and Marketing with Content Creation

In this episode I'm joined by Hannah Young.

Hannah is sales person, marketer, podcaster and content creator/strategising freelancer. With a  background in sales and marketing, Hannah has recently been doing some exciting things, launching her own content creation freelancing business - Create by Han and her own podcast, pov: you're in tech.

In this episode, expect to learn:

    • How Hannah began launching her own freelancing business
    • Her advice to anyone looking to create their own content and building their own personal brand online
    • How she differentiates between sales and marketing and how she connects the dots between the two
    • Her main takeaways from her sales career
    • Her plans and visions for the future including her own podcast
    • What defines great culture in the tech startup world
    • and much more!

Really enjoyed talking with Hannah in this epsiode. Plenty of great takeaways for anyone working in the sales and marketing world. I really like the way she is vulnerable enough to state she doesnt have everything figured out right now, but that's ok as she's built enough confidence in herself from prior experience to know that she'll be successfful in whatever she does. She might not admit it herself, but she's a natural at creating great content and she delivers some really good tips on how to get started for anyone that is looking to get into that side of things.
